This category is for applicants who are under 45 years of age and who have least a 50% ownership of a business with an ATO of A$500,000 and net assets in the business of A$200,000.00.
State Territory Business Owner
This category requires you to be sponsored by a State/Territory government and is for applicants who are under 55 years of age and who have at least a 50% ownership of a business with an ATO of A$300,000 or who can demonstrate a high level of management skill in a business.
